More about Dr. Britt

She did her undergraduate at Ave Maria University in Florida, where she majored in BioChem, with a pre-medicine concentration. There, she served as a Mother Teresa Scholar. The Mother Teresa Scholar program allowed her to continuously provide community service to her local community, where she specifically mentored young children. Through this program, she also traveled to work with cerebral palsy patients with the Missionaries of Charity in Kolkata, India.

Upon graduating in 2017, she started chiropractic college at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida.  There, she was involved in the Pediatrics club, Gonstead club and Functional Rehab club. At this time she also found a love for teaching. While at chiropractic college, she was a TA for chiropractic examination, pathology, and active care protocol courses.  She practices using a diversified technique, with a heavy emphasis on soft tissue management and active care rehabilitation. She is Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization certified, and Cox Flexion/Distraction certified. Dr. Britt is also Level I Activator certified and Webster trained. In addition to these certifications, she has also done extensive seminars on Pelvic Floor Case Management & Patient Education, and advanced Lower Extremity Adjusting through Dr. Mark Charrette.

While a student at the Palmer the clinic, Dr. Britt found a passion for helping her patients master optimal gut & hormone health through functional nutrition. Dr. Britt will be beginning her masters degree in Functional Nutrition through Parker University in January 2021. She currently teaches women methods of mastering their cycle & hormone health through natural, holistic models of care.

Dr. Britt is a mother to an energetic and T-rex loving 6 years, and a recent Florida transplant! She loves the greater Raleigh area and is excited to finally call North Carolina home.
